A Day in the Life of a Client Development Manager at Cast UK:
As a Client Development Manager (US Division) you will be selling into and managing client relationships across the pond. You will identify new business opportunities and work with the wider team to develop strategies to pursue them.
Winning new business doesn’t mean the job stops there! You will also use your account management skills to make sure the account relationship remains strong and profitable.
A big part of this job will have you working with the wider teams including our marketing team and recruitment consultants. You will work together to push innovative marketing campaigns and solutions to push both your personal brand and the Cast UK brand. Having a powerful voice and making clients aware of the AMAZING work we do is so important in the digital age.
This role is results and performance-driven. It’s also dynamic and requires adaptability, deep industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Qualities that we nurture and value in our team members.
To be considered for the role:
We are looking for someone who has a good understanding and solid experience with the US market. Someone who understands the lingo and how to approach and manage relationships across the pond.
Someone who has a track record of excelling in B2B sales. If that comes from a recruitment background, then great. However, it isn’t a prerequisite to be considered.
The ideal candidate for this job should be a dynamic and results-driven individual who possesses exceptional sales and business development skills. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our current client base as well as winning new business.
We are looking for someone proactive, innovative and committed to achieving excellent results. Fundamentally you’ll need to have a track record of working towards sales targets. If you can demonstrate this, AMAZING.
