- Must have experience of:
- 360 international recruitment agency
- Exposure to the US market
- Strong sales and account management mindset
- It is essential that this person has experience of growing an international recruitment business and the challenges that go with that
- Must be experienced in coaching and training of consultants, managing performance, hiring and staff
- Stakeholder management and compiling monthly/quarterly reports
- Looking for somebody full of energy, salesy, plenty of gravitas, on the up in their career
